Refund policy
RETURN PROCESS (Exchange Only)
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date the order is received for exchange or store credit only. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore, we highly recommend placing an order for the item/size you would like and returning the other for a full refund.
**Exchanges can only be applied once per order. Multiple Exchanges on the same order are not available.**

STORE CREDIT
If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, please let us know in your return order, and we will be happy to issue you online credit in the amount of the return.
DEFECTIVE
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/ incorrect merchandise, contact us within 2 days of receipt. No exceptions.
RETURNING
Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. Once your package is received, please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed, you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.
REFUND
We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fees paid in the form of store credit.
